JaBrian Niles became Auburn's eighth commitment of the 2011 recruiting class on Monday. Niles has been an Auburn fan all of his life and with an offer in hand from his childhood favorite, he decided to get the recruiting process over with early in the summer. Niles will play defensive tackle for the Tigers and should be able to get close to 300 pounds and still be very athletic. His athleticism and quickness is what all the coaches who visited him liked the most and Niles impressed many. He chose Auburn over offers from FSU, FL, AL, Ole Miss and Tex Tech and had many, many others interested. Niles is ranked as a 4 star and the 19th ranked DE by ESPN and his coach says he's just as good of a person as he is a player. He looks to be an outstanding pick-up by Auburn and another in a long line of top prospects to come out of Mobile. Niles is also a very good student and projects as a full qualifier. He had 72 tackles and 8 sacks as a Junior.
