Two Tigers pick up Super Bowl Rings...

Super Bowl quatro quatro is over now and the New Orleans Saints win their first ever Super Bowl 31-17 over the Colts. In doing so, two former Auburn Tigers got super bowl rings in Heath Evans and Tim Duckworth. Heath Evans has been in the NFL since he left Auburn in 2001, bouncing around between four different teams. Evans always finds work though, as there is always a need for good blockers. Duckworth played on the Saints practice squad in 09-10 and also gets a ring for being part of the team. Duckworth was taken by the Saints in 2007 and has stayed there since. Evans has played for the Seahawks, the Dolphins, the Patriots and lastly the Championship Saints.

Jerraud Powers was a part of the Colts football team and played nickle back a lot of the year. He along with Evans and Duckworth make 29 Auburn players who have played in Super Bowls since Super Bowl I.
